Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, tags, and warranty cards included to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
